Notul
In developmentNotul: Private one-on-ones and reviews.
One card per person you manage. Notes, follow-ups that carry over, a prep card before each 1:1, and in review season a draft built from your own dated notes. Everything stays on your devices and your own iCloud.
What it does
One card per person
Every person you manage has a card: the next 1:1, what's still open, and the wins, concerns and growth you noted since last time.
Ready before every 1:1
Ten minutes before a 1:1, a prep card shows what happened since last time. Flip it for today's agenda and a question to ask.
Follow-ups that carry over
Mark follow-ups as yours or theirs. At the end of a 1:1, done items close and the rest move to the next one until they're done.
Notes in two seconds
Pick a person and write, or dictate on your device: a win, a concern, growth, context or their topic. Feedback notes keep situation, behaviour and impact together.
Review season, from your own notes
Pick a person and a period, and Notul drafts highlights, growth and examples on your device. Every line cites the dated note it comes from, and you write the final text.
Only you see the cards
