Doses that ring like an alarm, one tap to mark them taken, and a pillbox your family sees too. No account: your medicines stay on your iPhone and in your own iCloud. Dosi is a reminder and a log, not medical advice.
What it does
The pillbox is the home screen
Four compartments for morning, noon, evening and night. A pill in a compartment means the dose is still open; an empty compartment with a tick means it's done.
Doses that ring like an alarm
Set a medicine to ring as an alarm and its doses ring through Silent mode and Focus. Tap Taken on the alarm to log it; other doses come as notifications with Taken and Snooze.
Your medicine, as it looks
Type the name as written on the box and pick its look from 42 forms, 16 colours and three sizes. Dosi never guesses a picture from the name.
One box for the family
Share a box with family through iCloud, with no Dosi account. A second mark of the same dose is refused and shows who gave it and when.
An alert only when something is off
If an alarm dose isn't marked by the end of its grace time, the people who look after you get one alert. Never a message for every dose taken.
For someone without a phone
Add a child or a grandparent you look after. Their doses ring on your phone, and the button says Given.

- Free to download and free for one person, with unlimited medicines, alarms, widgets and refill counts. Dosi Family is optional: monthly, yearly or a one-time lifetime purchase, and one purchase can be shared with a Family Sharing group.
- Privacy
- No account. Your medicines, dose times and log stay on your iPhone and in your own iCloud, encrypted before upload; the people you invite see your box through iCloud. For caregiver alerts, a small server of ours in Frankfurt holds random identifiers, alarm dose times and marks only, never a name, a medicine or an amount, and deletes dose times after 14 days. No ads, no analytics, no third-party SDKs.
